All the importers who wish to import animal feed into Malaysia has to be registered with Animal Feed Board Secretariat under the Animal Feed Section, Department of Veterinary Services, Malaysia (DVS) to obtain the license to import animal feed or animal feed additive in accordance to Section 9, Animal Feed Act 2009 (Act 698). This approval covers import and export for meat, poultry, milk and eggs etc.
